Once you place your order, your order details will be automatically sent to Art of Play, located in California, U.S.A. All orders dispatch within 24-48h on business days. Once shipped you will receive confirmation email. All U.S. orders include tracking number.
SHIPPING INFO:
U.S. DELIVERY TIMES:
Domestic orders (Within U.S.) take 3-7 days to arrive.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY TIMES:
International orders (Outside U.S.) usually arrive within 21 business days. (Delivery time depends on location and selected shipping method)
Due to COVID-19 orders may take more days to arrive.
If any fraudulent activity is suspected the order will be cancelled.
NOTE: Unfortunately we can't combine several orders into one shipment.

Since all our decks are manufactured by The United States Playing Card Company, artwork on the decks may be misaligned up to 3/64 inch (1.2mm) in any direction. Misaligned decks are not considered as damaged or defected decks and are not subject for replacement. Contact us if you need more info.

We accept refunds. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.
