Q: I didn't get order or shipping confirmation, what should i do?

A: If you didn't receive order confirmation then you probably entered your email address incorrectly at the checkout and it can't be sent to your email. Sometimes confirmation emails may go into spam folders, so please check all your email folders. Please do contact us if you didn't get confirmation email: contact@geminidecks.com

Q: How fast are orders shipped out?

A: All orders generally ships all orders out within 24h on business days. If we have a lot of orders then it may take up to 48h.

Q: What is the average delivery time?

A: U.S. orders usually arrive within 3-7 days. International orders arrive on average within 21 business days but may take a little bit longer due to shipping delays.

Q: Is tracking included with the shipments?

A: Yes and No. All U.S. orders include tracking. If your shipping address is outside U.S. then tracking is included only to some destinations with DHL eCommerce, USPS First Class Mail International and USPS ePacket shipments. If you are located in EU then tracking is included.

Q: Can you combine several orders into one?

A: Unfortunately we can't combine several different orders made by the same customer into one order/shipment.

Q: What should i do when i have a problem with the order or with the products received?
